From the Marisco Tavern take the main track north to the north end of the island (2.5 miles/4km). Turn L and follow the path on the western clifftop back in a southerly direction until you reach the lighthouse at Beacon Hill. Turn L here along the track east back to the outbound route, then R to return to the start.
