Head north-east out of the car park on a path to the R (east) of Loch na Gainimh and then north to Loch a’ Mhuilinn (2.4 miles/3.8km). Curve around to the R from here past Loch Meadhonach and Loch Clais nan Coinneal then bear L to the beach past the bothy and Sandwood Loch. Turn L on the beach and follow the coast south-west, out to Rubh’ a Bhuachaille and along to a stream. Turn inland and run over Carn an Righ at 133 metres before trending L to join the outbound path by Loch a’ Mhuilinn. Turn R onto the path and follow it back to the start.
