From the start follow the bridleway north-east across Frensham Common, cross the A287 and then turn L, following the bridleway north to the edge of the common (1.1 miles/1.7km). Turn R and head east to Frensham Little Pond. Follow the footpath around its eastern shore, joining a track at the south-eastern corner and following this to a junction with a bridleway at SU 866407 (2.7 miles/4.3km). Turn R and follow the bridleway past the end of Sandy lane and L at the junction after the footbridge. Follow this bridleway south-west to Pond Lane at the south-eastern tip of Frensham Great Pond. Follow Pond Lane to return to the start.
