Start/finish: Eastland Country Park, CM0 7PP
Follow the track east to the coast, L along the coast path then west along the River Blackwater to the power station. Pass the power station and continue on the coast to the end of Waterside Road in Bradwell Waterside (3.9 miles/6.2km). Follow the road inland and onto a footpath at the sharp bend. Follow the path south-east across fields to a road junction at Down Hall. Turn R and follow the road south into Bradwell On Sea. Turn L onto East End Road and follow this back to the start.
