Head out towards the sea and turn L, running along the beach or the Suffolk Coast Path in front of the power station north until you reach the National Trust café and visitor centre (3.1 miles/5km). Turn L inland and trend L across heath to the end of a road (5.3 miles/8.6km). Turn L and follow the road south through Eastbridge where you fork L and continue on the road to a L turn to the Round House (6.3 miles/10.1km). Take this L and follow the track to the R and then south to a junction just north of the radio mast and car park on Lover’s Lane. Turn L and follow the path R across the Sizewell Belts and Leiston Common to a junction on Sandy Lane. Turn R and follow the lane south-east to reach the road to the south of the power station, turn L here to return to the start.
